Downgrade fee

Hopefully someone can help me here. I have to downgrade from 4MB to 384k. I'm with telscum. Does anyone know how much they charge for that, and, is there maybe a work around? Taking a do2 or do3 package?

After doing some research I've decided to eat less in a month...lol..its not worth the hassle

i had that done once but now im bacl on the 4mb line again ... its like R200 +- to downgrade
