Download tracing??

Do any of you know a program that can trace ALL the data that is being downloaded onto my PC?

Why?? Well i recently got Age of Conan and updated the whole 3 gigs... i sent it over to my dad's PC via LAN and when i launch it, it starts to download 1GB. So i want to know if there is any way to see what Age of Conan is downloading (no it doesn't show this on the downloader) and just send it over from my PC to his, and in this way avoid downloading another gig....

PS: i did check and his Dir (game folder) is the same size as mine so it has to be some other thing updating that is not in the Age of Conan folder.

Wireshark will capture all the network packets for you, but you need to know how to read network dumps to really figure out what's going on

All I can say is, Age of Conan has a CRAP load of added content to it since its release. I remember playing only 3 months in and having to download GBs of content. Most of it was the voiced-over quests that started adding in

And Wireshark will help you, if you can make sense of the network dumps.
