When I try to access and navigate www.nintendo.co.za I receive the following error:

It happens on PC and cellphone. I signed out of Google and switched off Wi-Fi; no change.
I tried different browsers and cleared my cache. Restarted PC.
My IP shows Cape Town

I tried "incognito" & "incognito via Tor" .
I tried my SO's phone.

Same issue.
