Hi all,
A full updated of the December 2005 "Comprehensive Guide to the RIC Act" is now available as a free download from the Buys Inc. website.
The update includes references to the RIC Amendment Bill, recent proclamations, notices issued, directives issued and enforcement dates / compliance dates.
To enable a better understanding of the provisions of the RIC Act, the updated Guide has more hyperlinks, easier navigation, "plain English" explanations, more graphics, discussion forums, poscasts, video clips and even a wiki.
