After being without a camera for a while well a long while due to the old point n shoot having an early and unplanned demise. Waited the long time so that I could get something better.
I finally got the new toy last night. A Canon SX120 is.
So far I am more than a little delighted with it. This camera addresses ALL the issues I had with the old 5Mp 4X optical generic camera. Yes the old camera did take clear pictures, but had some limitations.
Now after that long boring ramble I get to the point of this post. Downloading the photo's to the camera via USB in Linux. The wifes windose machine see's the camera out of the box, my linux machines don't
Does anybody have a workaround for this?
Thanks
