Downloading proving a problem on IS

I have been trying to download some mp3 and software all day via a DSL line from IS - and i have not succeeded once !

It gets to a certain point usually less than a meg and stop s- is it me or there shitty offering !

Yup there may be a international problem with IS again, as to wether they are ****ty or not well they are not what you could call reliable when it comes to international, but you cant beat the 30 gigs local. Depends where you do your downloading from. Their news servers are world class.

I'm also getting corrupted HTTP downloads today on 512K ISDSL uncapped business ADSL.

Bleugh ... without a proper multithreaded download manager I never managed to download anything bigger then 4MB from international sites on the IS ADSL line.

Use a proper resuming download manager like Reget.

PP - use them when needed - just need to grab the odd legit download
