Driver's Licence Renewal - which sections?

Which sections of the DL1 form do you need to fill in for a driver's licence renewal? Is it "Replacement of driving licence(s) in identity document/on paper card" (Section A, B and D) or is it "New driving licence card/duplicate" (Section A, C and D)?

I hate official forms, I'm always too worried about getting them perfectly correct :crylaugh:

Did it the other day - It's "New driving licence card/duplicate" (Section A, C and D)

Also, make sure to take recent proof of address, ID Copies (I took 2) and a copy of your current drivers license plus the required photos (think it's 2 b&w ones)

300 Ront if you also need a temp license.
