haha, uh-huh. Good luck with that. With 'impounded' they mean 'nationalised' of course. :D
 
oke... so can we do that with taxi's that do not pay fines as well please.

Maybe in Gauteng, but in the Western Cape, things actually work. :)

They honestly deserve it. People who use cellphones without hands free are pretty siff humans. For their own selfishness they are willing to put other peoples lives at risk :(

The easy solution would be to follow the law and not talk on your phone while driving?

But, you know, if you want to continue recklessly endangering the lives of my family and myself, go nuts I suppose.

I'll take pic's.. and wth is is with people that stick the GARMIN and cell phone on the windscreen infront of them.. not to the side. Right in front. They should be locked up.

( this is where I saw a tablet. Stuck like a tv onto the widow infront of the driver )
