I normally take most things to be true with a bit of skepticism and don't instantly believe it to be false, but don't just flat-out believe it without at least a bit of research either.
Say for example I'm watching combat footage at the moment, I don't instantly assume its faked to make me believe something that isn't truly happening, but I also know it might be biased to the side that posted the video about the engagement, so it might show the truth, but not the whole truth if that makes sense?
