Feedback: Vuma apparently lost a good few customers after doing away with speeds below 50/50. They then gradually started testing the return of 25/25 in some areas and now currently the whole network. The downside is that with existing people on 50/50, they would need to pay a downgrade fee if they wish to drop speeds. Some ISP's feels this is unfair as not all can carry that fee on behalf of the customer.
So you are correct, making 100/100 the entry level is definitely going to backfire the second time around.
