Is there any likelihood of issues with power generation with the drought in Gauteng?

There's no fkn drought in gauteng.

And we don't generate much electricity in GP anyway.

Except that I believe we give far more to Botswana, also without payment, than we give to Zimbabwe.

Then what truly burns is that Eishkom STILL makes so much profit it gives out millions of Rands in performance bonuses over and above what they paid out to shareholders etc. We REALLY should force them to get payment or cut off supply until payment is made to all our neighbouring states (who should making their own electricity anyway) and use that money to build whatever infrastructure we need (and we will have more time to build it if we stop selling so much of our capacity to other countries) instead of hiking the price every few months to 'pay for infrastructure'.
