The cocktail is the culprit and he is an addict! He may be seriously Codeine overdosing which also could be the problem..unfortunately the damage is irreversable when abused like this and can kill if not treated immediately. He must immediately go to an emergency room and see a Dr..he could die!

Damn, your friend needs help ASAP! Steroids will mess him up big time in the long run and that cocktail of stuff is INSANE!!! For example mybulen is a K@K strong pain killer and as with many strong medicine when you read the label it says things like "taken for more than x amount of days, please consult your doctor"

This guys is completely nuts. Those cocktail of drugs is sure to mess you up.
Threatening to take people to court is a joke - with all the drugs he's on the judge will throw the case out.
If he's been on the drugs for a few years and taking them every 4 hours then I think he's part the point of no return. Definately shooting blanks by now.
He needs serious help - does he have parents/siblings you can talk to?

Dont forget Panic AttacksI hope someone could confirm or deny this for me. I have a male friend who has for many years taken steroid injections (testosterone) for body building (he doesnt cycle them he has them daily) and he takes a cocktail of Mybulen, Sinutab (with codeine) and dormicum every 4 hours or so.
He has been demonstrating bouts of paranoia, anger, moodiness etc and I'm sure it's because of this shyte. He believes things are happening that seem so far off the wall for "normal" people. eg, he believes he's been hacked constantly (his pc and cellphone) and then blames me and my online friends for it (because allegedly they all want to go to bed with me). he's also constantly threatening to take ppl (including me) to court. He lawyer loves him.
So, the question is...would those drugs cause this kind of behaviour or is it something else?

He's an only child and both parents are dead...no kids either. So he's basically just got himalef to worry about (which he doesn't).
He was SA champ 7 years ago so he's still big...just not ripped.
so he's been taking the stuff for 7 odd years???

Look, I've known people who's parents died, only child, no family, no real friends to speak of. And they don't abuse drugs or kick puppies or **** the dead... they're quite normal to be honest.
So whatever is wrong with him, if he (or you) are trying to justify his actions (and I assume this is a guy you're into, hence the reason for defending him) then by all means. Go that road.
I might go out on a limb here but abused women staying with their men (emotional or physical) pulling those lameass excuses out of thin air to justify the abuse and their "man" should really snap to reality and get help.
He needs a psychiatrist and rehab. EOS

When i used to come down off kat i used to exhibit the same symptoms and my buddies just tuned me go take your sleeping tablet man and sleep it off. If he is on it all the time i feel very sorry for him, nothing worse than thinking your closest friends and trying to do something dodgy to you. Paranoia on drugs can lead to suicide as well.

That wasn't a justification, it was an explanation of how there's no family to step in and make him get help!
And you're making a huge assumption there by implying that she's into him and staying with him eve though he physically or mentally abuses her! (Not to mention your clear lack of knowledge of why women don't get out of those types of relationships.)
