DSL slow, very very slow - the catch is its only in the mornings and ONLY during the week.
I can get up early on a sat or sun and do some stuff at 8am and everything is great, but during the week anytime before 12pm my line is horribly slow(4096 line, max speed 20kB/ps or so) and i have major packet loss.
Rain or Sun it doesnt matter - the result is the same.
I have absolutely no idea why this is happening only during the week though, totall baffled!
