Has anyone migrated their DSL line from Telkom to another ISP recently?
Call centre agents said i should send an email to tocfaxes@telkom for the request. I received an acknowledgment email which is a service cancellation request.
Can anyone confirm this is the correct process? I've been waiting for a several days now and got 0 feedback
