If one is banned / moderated on the forum directly related to your quarrel, is taking it to another forum and linking back to said original forum a good idea?

My auto-moderation on the DSTV forum, I see is due to the fact that I am not what they would consider "condusive to the DSTV brand".
It is not related to any specific channel even though the moderation started in a thread that was coincidentally related to Animax.

As for linking information from one website to another. I fail to see how this contravenes any T&C's on either forum.
The information is freely available on the internet, a public domain.

If one is banned/moderated, no reason is supplied, no terms & conditions are broken, and no mods reply, then what alternatives would one have?

Why is everyone bitching over Aniwax. The channel was tos. In fact pay TV as a whole is tos. Uncapped ADSL Ftw!

And why are YOU posting the same thing in every tv thread.Sounds like you are trying to convince yourself.

But ja,Animax is/was crap.

I think I've done 1 email survey and the forums to a small degree until I saw how heavily moderated(censored) they are... then I just gave up.

They have issued surveys about the HD-PVR, no? They dragged their feet for two years issuing software upgrades. Still the HD-PVR software is unstable. You can issue surveys like politicians issue political statements but if you ignore the results then what would they matter?

I get an email survey every 6 to 12 weeks, but none of them measure what I watch, like to watch or would like to see in the future. So I guess they decide for me?
