The dual illumination of channels since the 1 October changes was specifically put in place to accommodate multi-unit dwellings with single cable systems. It was intended to give them more time to retune their systems to ensure that they have continued access to all original channels before 1 October.
With the dual illumination now ended the multi-unit dwellings with single cable systems which have not retuned their system will loose some of the original channels. These are Africa Magic movies, TBN, Africa Magic entertainment, BTV, CCTV4 & 9, Globo, Islam TV, Animal Planet, ZBC, ETV-A, SIC and NDTV
As previously communicated, any Multi-unit dwellings with single cable systems that have not upgraded/expanded their system yet will not access most of the new channels launched on 1 October.
