DSTV Channels, get program info programatically

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the dstv guide / channel playlist as a "feed" or a service.

I know there is a iPad app out there that display a tv guide but is the service it uses to get the data available to the public?

If only! Same goes for Top TV.

I'm guessing it must be there for the ipad app, but knowing dstv they will not give the public access to it
