Dstv Dual View

Hi all

Just have the normal dual view, the one before PVR.
But when I'm on TV2 (the one without interactive channels) and flip between channels, the volume dissapears (volume is turned up).

Ex. Listening to music on MTV and when I go over to MNET or any other channel the volume is gone!! Need to switch between them till I get the volume back.

Only happens once every 4 or 5 times I change channels.

Do you have your DSTV decoder connected directly to your TV/amp, if not it may be a sync issue. Try connecting your decoder directly to your TV and see if the problem persists.

Another option that may provide a possible fix is to adjust the "User Volume Settings" on your DSTV decoder (using your DSTV remote, press: "Menu -> Advanced Options -> TV Installation -> 9949").

Have you downloaded the latest software upgrade? Running on older software can cause strange problems.
