Hi. Please assist as the Call centre agents are unable to assist. they keep on telling me to get an accreditted installer to come and look at the problem. I get an error E50: No channels exist in the bouquet.... on TV2. I've done the following:
1. Reset to Factory defaults
2. Reset by pressing Menu and down arrow.
3. Check the 2 LNB connectors
4. Unplug power cable from the decoder for 10 minutes, remove the smart card, etc...
I manage to push up the Signal Strength and Quality to 89% and 91%. Same problem persist. I then did a troubleshoot and found the following;
-Twin LNB feed on both cables - OK
-LNB 2 Port on DualView Decoder not working.
If i put any of the 2 Cables from the LNB in 'LNB1 In' it picks up the signal quality and strength. When I put any of the 2 cables from the LNB into 'LNB2 In' nothing picks up.
Does this mean that the decoder packed up? This was working a week ago.
Any suggestions?
