Hi there

Sorry, didn't know what else to put as the title. My problem is as such:
I have 2 DSTV exploras which can be viewed on either of the 3 tv's in my apartment. The problem is that if I change on channel 2 it changes on channel 1 also. However, if I change on channel 1 it doesn't change on channel 2. I had this issue before where it was changing both no matter what channel was selected on the remote. My TV guy sorted it out that time, while I was at work and he didn't show/explain to my wife what needs to be done to rectify the problem.

Anybody with similar issues and know of a solution?

Check both decoders settings, the second decoder is probably set to relay remote commands, and the first one is probably set to accept commands from channel 2, but not relay (among a few scenarios)

Just make sure each decoder is set to only respond to their respective remotes, and if the extra view is linked via RF out, then they don't relay the remotes, else itll be like you've pressed a button twice
