DSTV explora ultra streaming 4K

Hi. Is the ultra streaming Netflix (those movies and programs that are 4K) in 4K?
I subscribe to the R200 package and only noticed now that my content is all in HD via the decoder. I dit change the settings in the app to the highest quality. I am on a 2014 Samsung 4K tv.

That's embarrassing. It was advertised as having support for 4K so what does it actually show in 4K then... just Amazon Prime ? No 4K channels either.

Pretty sure the decoders hardware is probably maxed at 1080. Netflix 4k is definitely 4k.

Netflix is streamed in Ultra HD 4k + Atmos on my explora. Disney plus is 720p
