DSTV Extraview Decoder Heartbeat cable input

I had DSTV Extraview with an old 1110 decoder as my secondary, and an Explora as my Primary.
Was working fine, with 2 cables (RF Signal and Heartbeat cable) running into the old decoder.
My old decoder packed up and I bought one of the new HD Decoders, but it only has one RF port for signal, none for the heartbeat.
I already contected DSTV, gave new decoder Serial Number etc, and can get channel 100 on it, but don't know how I must get the heartbeat cable connected - is there a switch which I need to put in front of the second decoder, combining the RF Signal Model and heartbeat cable into one before feeding into the secondary decoder single RF port?

if you have a smart lnb then you can get a duplexer for you explora between the rf cable and the lnb cable and the heartbeat will go though the smart lnb the new hd decoder has a duplexer built in already.
