Dstv HD PVR 4P - Cant pause HD channels

right, so after this thread I am up and running...

I have the pvr function enabled through MC. I can record any channel, it comes up in the playlist and I can view it. I can also pause all SD channels but I cannot pause HD channels..

Anyone know what might be up with that??

edit : Only thing I have noticed is that Tuner 2 is siting at a very sad 38% where all the others are in the 100% region

What happens if you bypass the Multiswitch and connect tuner 2 direct to LNB?

If all your tuners are connected to the Multiswitch, what happens if you bypass it and connect tuner 2 direct to LNB?

but then I would have to unplug the one input out the multiswitch

Also try swapping the good signal cable with the other

Solution : Cables were all fine. I needed to do a software upgrade on the decoder

So if your PVR service is active, but you cant pause certain channels, check that your decoder is 100% up to date.
