DSTV info bar

On the wide screen TV the info bar at bottom of screen shows perfectly. But when i go to smaller old tv the info bar looses the left and right sides of the info bar. Left - tine an starting time of programs missing. Right- 2017 and PG and age missing.

I have tried everything including phoning multichoice but to no success. This is irritating me endlessly


How do i fix it PLEASE!

Old LCD TV or old CRT TV?

Did u try pressing the shift key once than the TV guide button, it changes the aspect ratio for tvs.
