DStv launching "theguide" recommendation system

MultiChoice has revealed a new online TV guide and recommendation system.

I still think this falls far short of Netflix's almost intuitive system. For example, with Netflix you can keep a record of things you watched, are watching, and it even keeps you're place in everyone of those you haven't finished. Also you're able to deleted those you don't want to be kept under you're profile.Oh that's another thing, you can define profiles in Netflix. Mono should "go out some more", and see what others are up to!

Always amused when DStv introduces something as new when it was already available on TiVo in 2000.

Great observation. While you mention it, their is a couple of TiVo features I still miss.
