DSTV losing info panel details

This has been happening for a while now.

When on any channel and pressing the info button on the Explora, either it says "No information available" or there is literally nothing but a single dot.

Has anyone experienced this and what might be the cause?

Explora with smart LNB connected to HD PVR with Extraview.

Do you know which tuner that would be?
 
Not sure what the cause is but I just reboot the the decoder and ...wallah up again

I have exactly the same problem ever since I got the Xplora.

Not sure what the cause is but I just reboot the the decoder and ...wallah up again

This is what I usually do. It's so annoying, though.
