It is only a trial service at this stage - your SIM will have to be enabled to use it. I know MultiChoice has a few DVB-H towers up around the country, but not available for commercial use just yet. I think they are only waiting for spectrum from ICASA before launching a service...
i've tried it with samsung dvb-h phone one or two years ago.
yes, rpm is correct. you need a dvb-h enabled sim.
the quality was okay, but it was only a few channels available at that time.
