Dstv now and Showmax app for Roku

Does anyone on this forum know why Multichoice hasn't developed an app for Roku yet.

I'm sure there are a couple of dstv and Showmax subscribers that have Roku's.

I'm willing to assist if they need help making the app.

I think with the Kwesa play now officially available ( rebranded Roku) , we'll see an app soon. Before it wasn't "legally" in the country.

Building an app for a platform that isn't officially supported in the country and only has a handful of users makes no sense unfortunately.

I have 3 myself. Replaced 2 of them with Telkom LIT boxes.

Moving to UK soon though, will keep them for when I am there
