You open it, log in and click Live TV on the side panel.

Yeah Soul, its got minimal stuff, even searching for stuff, I find nothing.

DSTV has told my friend she must uninstall the app and reinstall it, she did this, nothing.
She has same issue as me.

Assuming you are running on a iPhone? As i have the same issue - no channel listings or schedules. Logged it with DSTV and advised me i must uninstall and reinstall....which does not work and when you mention this they say they will come back to me....

so it's been 7 months later....still waiting... (not surprised...)

Just to confirm, if my friend has DSTV, and has DSTV now app on his phone, can I use his log in details for my media player at home, without him getting any troubles?

Yes you can with no troubles for him.

you will need to check the amount of devices your friend has registered.. they allow for only 4, so chances are all slots are used hence no service

what DSTV package is your friend on?
the content depends on what she subscribes to.

you will need to check the amount of devices your friend has registered.. they allow for only 4, so chances are all slots are used hence no service

You will get a message if you're already on 4 and try to activate a 5th. Also only 2 concurrent I think

Not sure why you have a problem... it's running perfectly on mine (6S) and have been for a while
