DSTV Now Bandwidth woes

Hi people of MyBroadband.
We are experiencing some issues on DSTV Now, and I want to see stats... Stats for nerds like in Youtube. (Right click , stats for nerds)
Is there any option to access this, or are DSTV stupid enough to not have something like this implemented?

Your best bet would be to have access to a test file in their CDN, and test your downloads that way. The file that I normally tested with is no longed valid it seems and the technical guy I communicated with no longer works there. Other than that, you're screwed
