DSTV Now - Error 404

Howzit,

Is anyone else getting error 404 when trying to watch live tv on dstv now?

Its been two weeks and still not working. I can watch catchup, but need live tv

Have you tried different devices? I watched live TV over the weekend just fine.

Probably a silly suggestion, but what about clearing the cache memory in your browser?

Tried all, and on pc and media player. Thing is catchup on the dstvnow is working just not live tv.

Tried Chrome, edge, and app

phoned them and escalated it.

Yes they had to escalate it with their technicians. Took a week but got sorted. ****ed again but it was working for a while

Also facing the same problem and the technicians don't seem to have a solution it's been week now

I had the 404 error 4th person to help me reset something on their side, had to clear cache and data all working now.
