DSTV Now on Amazon fire TV

Please share more details about you DSTV Now apk version and if you had to also install other services?
 
Looks like the DSTV is now not usable on the fire stick after May. Need to install Google Play Services but even that can’t be installed. Unless. Can anyone help on this?

Thanks. So in essence the Fire TV would only be useful to those that have active Prime, Hulu and Netflix subscriptions? YouTube has also been pulled so what else can you do with it without having these subscriptions?

You can use Silk or Firefox to watch youtube videos.

I've installed Kodi on my Fire TV stick to watch media on my NAS.

Use an older version . Mine still works.

I went backwards slowly until I found one that works

That was like 8 months ago that I did this. It still works today

Any way of still doing this?

What version of dstv now and what version of google play services?

Tried many over the weekend, only result I got was soft bricking (had to go into safe mode and remove google play services to get the cube working again).

I got it working recently on my fire stick. The version that seemed to work for me was DStv Now_v2.1.21_apkpure.com.apk and google-play-services-12-6-85-020308-197041431.apk
 
Thank you all, I used a much older version and no play services needed :)
