Dstv now on Android TV box problems

Hi. I'm getting a new error. DSTV now unexpected error. Been struggling about two weeks now.
 
My gran is having issues with the app on her Netogy.
Anybody else having issues?
I have had her clear the cache and even reinstall the app. No joy, Just the blue circle.

Ematic issue solved. Uninstall DStv app to factory version 1. Try open DStv from main menu and it will automatically give you the option of updating. This will install version 2.4.5. You will then be required to type the activation code into now.dstv.com/tv and it sorts the problem out

Do hv the link of version 2.4.5 my TV box is the entry level I can't download on play Store, I hv to use goggle

I have the same issue but what works for me is to have the Dstv app on your phone as well and Mi box both apps signed in.

Then open Dstv app on your phone and select the channel of your choice, once playing on your phone cast it to your mi box and it will open via Dstv app and start streaming.
