Supersport blitz has also been giving me problems as well the last few days.

Was trying to watch SkySports on my smart tv but whenever I put on Channel 200 it would play for 5 seconds then start "buffering" then it kicks me out and says i must retry.

I would then try and watch on my chromecast but keeps on buffering every 5-10 seconds which is annoying to watch.

Strange though when playing for this couple of seconds, it streams in HD.

However when putting on any other SS channel or DSTV channel it would pay perfectly in HD.

Mine was doing exactly the same.. This morning it worked fine again.. Just be patient.. Mine was off for 2 days

Yes, it also only started on Monday for me.

Will check later when I get home from work.

Thought my internet was giving me problems but everything else was playing.

I guess Multi Choice isn’t interested in fixing DSTV Now because they want people on decoders. The buffering gets awful a lot of times - especially during big sporting events - I have a feeling they do this on purpose. I have uncapped fibre and I can watch pretty much everything else without any issues, except DSTV Now.

Funny thing that.. I have now issues with buffering on dstv now or the big sporting events.. whether it be from the office or from my 10mb ADSL at home...

My DSTV now doesn't buffer, it just keeps ramping down to 480 or even 360p, even though I have it set at 1080. The F1 race on Sunday was awful, sometimes so pixellated it was almost unwatchable. Never used to be like this.

I hear you - but something really is amiss with the DSTV Now app - Sometimes I even play DSTV Now on browser and connect hdmi to the TV from laptop to get it to play nicely.
