This question has probably been asked before ......Is there an IPTV offering in South Africa .....that also offers DSTV .....

I have been with 2 iptv providers and both offered some dstv channels. as to how they can do this and the legality of it, I don't know.

you do know that you don't have to stick to a south african iptv provider?

It was basically created so people who had devices, like Fire TV sticks and others, which DSTV could not be arsed to make their rather buggy App run on, to be able to watch DSTV. It was tho, for many a way to sidestep, DSTV's generous 4 device limit. Which is abuse.I think I got past the device...

That is not the only add-on that Kodi has, for watching IPTV, so not that easy to say it belongs here or elsewhere.

Anyone have this issues when using the DSTV Now Kodi Addon using Windows OS?
Basically you need to wait +/- 90 seconds between stopping a stream and starting a new one.
The addon will tell you how many seconds left before can retry.
And yes - the addon adheres to the concurrent stream policy.
They enforce this cleverly at the Widevine server
