DStv price increase

I posted in a thread of theirs highlighting the different types of premium subscribers.

Those with cheap single view SD decoders or with HD PVR and benefiting from the value added services like the those HD channels, and who do or don't watch sport...

Needless to say my post never saw the light of day being viewed by a moderator before posting and i felt that i had a compelling view to add to the thread.

It it puts Multichoice in a bad light, forget about it.

Chinese style censorship going on over there!
 
True, pity the drifta's picture quality is so pathetic, otherwise I would def consider changing. The problem I have is the choice they give you, If you want the sports channels u have to take the premium. Its not fair, If a company came in and offered me only the channels that I want, I would def change over.
 
Annual increase... either take it or leave it. Its the same as insurance and other services.. they all go up each year.

This is why DSTV won't do it.. they know they show crap, and if they had to pay for channels that only certain people wanted it would blow up their pocket lining fatcat business model.

In any case, its just more gravy for the Media24 execs who I am sure are feeling the pinch now for buying that new Maybach...

I suppose if that model were viable someone would have been along to offer it to YOU?
