Previously, I believe that one could connect and disconnect from a particular subscription package (say premium) duing the month using dstv connect self service, and at the end of the month one would only be billed for the days/weeks on which he was connected?
I was told when signing up recently over the call centre that this policy is about to change in September wherein it is either all or nothing for the month? I.e. if you choose not to have a subscription for 2 weeks of the month then it is too bad i.e. you would still have to pay the full monthlly super expensive premium?
Does anyone have any clarity or experience on this?
