What I must sapose to do when my dstv does not show information about any movie or drama

You call DSTV call centre. I know that there are (too) many Pro DSTV articles here, but this is not really a support forum for them

Before you try that though, check signal strengths and quality, I know if that's low your TV guide and information does not update. I had many issues where my info was stuck from 6-8 hours earlier and eventually just comes right

Depends on the decoder model. Many models have software bugs that necessitate a reboot to function correctly. Decoder model, signal strength numbers, frequency of this problem, and so forth would be required to begin to troubleshoot the issue. If it never gives you programme guide data then it is likely a signal/lnb/dish issue. Test it as a friend's place or at your local MC office. Does it still happen?
