Had a storm last night too. Takes a looooong time to scan. Usually it says connected to 16/16 but now it's only picking up 4/4 and when it's done there's some unknown bouquet on tv and the little box floating around saying the smart card is invalid or does not work in this country. Their call centre in engaged too (Tried like 4 numbers). Damn!

EDIT: Ok it's back up now. Did a reset once again and it picked up everything.

ok i had the same problem, scanning all the time, but it was a result of a moved dish

while the decoder is scanning press "menu" on the remote to cancel the scan
then go on advance setup / dish installation, when it reach the installation screen where you choose the satellite, press ok
now you should have all sorts of info, as well as a signal strength and signal quality indicator, if quality is under 80% then it's most likely your dish moved, quality under 30%, then your dish have surely moved.

it's possible to get it back in position by slowly moving it around and have someone check the TV and shout the quality % at you, anything above 80% is good, above 90 is excellent.

good luck

PS. if anywhere in setup you get asked for a pass and you don't know it, use 9949, works on all decoders
