Has anyone else noticed the software update that must have been released this morning? I have a 1110 model DSTV decoder and this new update has just made channel browsing so slow and there only seems to be one colour scheme.

this software update also disable the old remote, rendering your '''remote blaster" useless. No Problem i hear the MC fans say, just buy a "TV link". moerse problem, it doesn't work with the older dsd1110 nonPVR it seems. or i'm doing something wrong?
"but the new HDPVR is on special", stuff that, i'll just make a plan to make the satellite cable longer and move the whole decoder

We should be able to demand they put it back the way it was

Why fix something that isn't broken?

I see they added new aspect ratio options and now all my channels finally fit, at least that is a plus..

The software update killed my audio, I use my 5.1 channel amp and all of a sudden only one speaker transmits the sound :( can't we downgrade the software?

Just received a call from MC agent, "well the software update has actually improved the customer viewing experience". They will send me step by step guides on how to restore the sound. I will post if my sound is restored

Yes, the tvlink works, but I still used the old remote in the bedroom. Now it no longer works and I don't feel like buying a new remote. Not impressed at all.
