DSTV Sound Problem

Everytime I tune into SS3 the sound is muted. MM2 and CNN both default to full volume .

Rather irritating. Anybody else have this problem?

Not sure which decoder you have but i do remember older decoders having an option for volume on each channel. Try doing a "reset default settings" on the decoder

Alan, somebody has been playing with the individual channel volume settings that you can set in the menu.
Find the culprit and administer suitable punishment.

We have similar problems with our decoder... it all started when they brought out the updates about three years ago.
