Now With WAC's and SAT-3 Broken we have other issues, LDP's - Cogent being one of these. There providers having to re-route services and advertising on some networks through international partners - just breaking so many things. DSTV and Multichoice ducking the bullet here - me thinks.

Two undersea cables connecting South Africa to the rest of the world have been damaged off the West African coast between Congo and Cameroon.
