So I suspect There security policies are blocking ISP's with clients natted behind single IP. This a;so started prior to implementation (Friday last week), and is AWS related. When trying to login over Centracom on DSTV Stream.

We are also affected by the changes and are trying to get DSTV to whitelist our public facing IP's linked to our natted ranges.

Well past that stage - issue sorted once Multichoice gave correct information.

They will advise you to request from:

GeoGuard classified that IP range as type: "Hosting" or VPN, and blocks it.
The ISP can send a request to [email protected] for more info regarding the block/classification, and have their IP range classification changed if it's been detected incorrectly.
Send them an Email they are quite quick an efficient.

DSTV Multichoice block from there database.

We have checked the entire IP range x.x.x.0/22IP and only IP x.x.x.210 was last detected as a VPN exit node on July 25, 2023 03:45 UTC, and belongs to ISP Be Broadband. Since this is a residential ISP, We will whitelist it. All the IPs from this ISP will be automatically whitelisted in the future.

Please expect this change in the next database update and let us know if you have any questions.

As for Amazon and Disney not working. this is app related the minute u use app it gives VPN error. Use browser instead. So DSTV and streaming services are seriously just causing issues.

The DStv streaming decoder(s) offer those two services as extras, so could well be related.

I used to be on the DStv forum (they got rid of it 'cos it embarrassed them) - almost without exception everything they touch, alter or launch turns to shyte, for at least a few days.
They're really that bad.
