It was based on the DVB-H standard for terrestrial mobile band transmission. I never followed it all that closely and it never got off the ground. The band allocation was never finalised either as far as I know.

The website still exists (cache issue?).

The coverage link is broken ( error 404)
They still seem to be prepared to take your money, claim the decoder is available at lots of sites, but the EPG is missing?
Who knows?
It was/is a DTT decoder.
