DStv Now down? Getting an error (both on WiFi and mobile data)

EDIT: All fine now. Must've been a temporary glitch in the Matrix or something...

Switch off at wall for 2 minutes...

Listen properly: You must unplug it as well, otherwise the memory simms cannot short to earth properly. If it doesn;t work, increase the previous time by twice.
 
Same here. Power button hard reset ineffective. Guess have to phone them.

Yeah I've seen this/similar before.

First thing you do is hold in the power button on the decoder for 60sec. It will make three beep sounds. This is a hard reset and will fix your problem.

If that doesn't work you have what we call an N0-0B Failure. The only way to resolve that is to call MultiChoice. It's. Lengthy procedure dealing with them though so you can ask the rep on MyBB to help you out. He'll probably already be monitoring this thread so all you need to do is post "N0-0B Here: please help" and he will PM you

Bought the new Explora 3a via Pricelock a week or so ago. The Installer installed it on 31 January 2020. 7 Hours later it still gives an error 107 (decoder simcard mismatch). When calling the DSTV helplines in both Joburg and Pretoria it goes to the point where it asks for my ID number. Then when I enter my ID number it just keeps asking for it again and again. The same goes for the smartcard number.

The app also does not say that the decoder has been installed.
 
My DSTV flashing Red and Green lights. I attempted press and holding of the Stand-by button for a min and no change. Please help...
