I finally watched a HD movie the other day. It was a 720p version of the matrix and right now that's the format for me. These nice round bits of plastic are nice, shiny, and largely pointless.

Stick the data on a memory stick - DRM it if you must (someone will crack it anyway) but leave me out of this format war.

I agree with you Bwana, why are we still playing around with optics? Simply use some form of memory card and be done with it.

Can i get one for the pc? a blue ray dvd writer? not? then no thanks then,never mind the over priced media.
