dual-sim Android One phones available on contract

I remember Massmart stores used to have Xiaomi phones on contract, I wonder what happened.

I got one from GAME, it was dual SIM, on a Vodacom contract.
Always wondered if VC resellers would do dual sim. Do you know. If Game still seems dual Sims?

Huawei Y6 2018 R139 on FreeMe 500MB. Separate sockets for 2x SIM and SD card: https://secure.telkom.co.za/today/shop/personal/device/huawei-y6-2018/

Also check with Cell C for this phone.

More expensive phones may share one SIM with SD card, but a flagship phone 2017 for R349 cannot be repeated. Mate 10Pro is still one of the best phones on the market: https://secure.telkom.co.za/today/shop/personal/device/huawei-mate-10-pro/

Not Android One, but who cares...
I spent a good hour with a demo unit Mate 10 Pro in Telkom a couple of weeks back, nice phone but after playing with the Mate 20 Lite after, the AI stuff is making a big difference

Mate 10 Pro has received some upgrade to Android 9 with EMUI9. It will get most of AI stuff with the upgrade.
There is a matter of time locally distributed phones will receive this update as well. See: https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/huawei-mate-10-pro-review-tips-and-tricks.921158/page-26

I don't know hey, something about that Mate 10 Pro didn't catch my fancy.

But the Mate 10 Pro is the better phone of the two.

So no indication of any really decent android 1 phones with dual sim.......

Nope. Get a better phone with software updates scrutinised by a vendor, better battery management and better user interface.

Currently have an Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, ticks all the boxes xcept for contract part, but then I don't do contracts. Using Cell C Prepaid + Rain LTE combo as I consume loads of data and rarely call.

Dual sim + SD SLot, Android One with 4/64Gig, Camera part is easy Just Unlock and gcam. Bought it on release from Gearbest with import taxes and all it came to around R3200

I think if you really need to have a dual SIM phone with separate slots then it's best you pay monthly for it. Not going to be as cost effective as a contract but what can you do

what do you mean by pay monthly vs contract?
