I want to use a Dual View Decoder for single view.

The problem is that the active channel automatically seems to be the first channel, which does not have an RF output, which I require.

Now :

1) Is it possible to make the 2nd channel the active channel (with RF output).

or if not possible

2) Is there a simple Composite to RF adapter than I can use for the first channel ?

Another option is to buy one of the new small decoders, but they look like junk, I don't think that I want to go that way, I already have enough decoders lying around.

If you have an old video machine you can use it as a converter.

EDIT: Another option is to perhaps move the LNB, that might make the other port the active one.

Thanks for the ideas, looks as if I will have to fiddle around.

I do have an old video recorder that is mechanically stuffed, but electronically sound, maybe I can try that.

Just tune the VCR to find the DSTV channel, then connect to the VCR however you want.
