Is there a fixed time that we can start with the field day or is it any time today?

Well, I gave it till 12. It's nearly 3pm & still nothing.
There was a bandwidth monitor confirmed to be due by 1st quarter of 2010.
I only worry about this data usage stuff when people say their usage was incorrect on Neotel's side:(.

Anyway there's a login/register option on Neotel's website so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with DUNE.

It is still the 17th, so be patient, i'll be posting the exact steps just now how to go about getting the notifications.

Procedure to follow is going to be the following, to opt in to this ad-hoc service, a call has to be made to the Call Centre on 0800 333 636, whereby they will amend on the system.
Notifications will be delivered, from the 8th to the 30th/31st monthly via email. (Billing run affects the 1st to 7th so now notifications will be done then).
Up until your cap is reached, it will notify you of usage volume (up to 25hrs old), and once cap is reached it will notify you of rand value exceeded.

Note - System changes are being implemented to support this opt in ad-hoc service, so i'm hoping this will be done before Wednesday.

I will post OPEN when ready...

Not sure whether I should laugh or cry...
I know it's an attempt in the right direction, but why does everything have to be so complicated with Neotel...

I've been driving this hard since end of last year, i know there's hurdles with anything, not only us, but we've gotten to an end point!
