DUNE - Data Usage Notificaction Emails

Ok.. so they missed the SECOND deadline that they set for themselves....

Most Project Managers would have been fired by now for this...

So now the new competition is to guess how many deadlines they'll go through before this actually works...
I'm gonna go with 5...

Hopefully by the time Neotel offer residential services in PE they will have sorted out all these problems!!!!

I am going with at least 7.:D

mine aint working.

if neotel cant send us dune reports, how do they monitor usage? DO they monitor usage?

Holy carpe diem...

I'd forgotten that one of my companies uses Neotel.. I just got the opt-in mail in the catch-all inbox.... intriguing.

I must say, this is quite astonishing. So astonishing, in fact, that I had to register JUST to comment. Thanks to Hugo for all the help and stuff, but srsly now... How hard can this POSSIBLY be? Does Neotel have any programmers whatsoever? That are not lobotomized? A bandwidth monitor is one of the first things Neotel should have created - and if it wasn't, it should take like 3 months at most to implement.

Yep, and it's not even a bandwidth monitor but an email sending system -- that's even easier.
Anyway I'm more happy if I get decent download speeds and an accurate usage report at end of month.

This is insane.
It's like having a car and then you can choose to "Opt-in" for a petrol gauge, LMAO :D

I can see myself moving very soon to MWEB...

Definitely the best analogy I've seen on this thread :)
And when we (eventually) get our petrol gauge, it's gonna tell us how much fuel we had 2 days ago... ;)

Also received my email notification. The one thing that might be a issue is that it doesn't give an indication (date / time) upto when the data was captured.

@Hugo

Will the date and time be added?

Also received mine just after 5pm:

Got two emails from [email protected]. Both showed me my data usage.
Was quite supprised as I thought I used quite a bit more. But I know its a 24 delay in information.
